Do you believe (or want to believe) we are part of an abundant universe?
Universe Jars (or bottles or bowls) are simple household vessels that we paint to represent a supportive universe. Use it in whatever way works for you; some people write their hopes and dreams on paper, sending them to the universe through their little jar. Other people put their worries into their universe, handing them over for the universe to take care of.
Creating Universe Jars or Happy Jars is a GREAT way to start the new year!
A Happy Jar is a fun way to find the wonder in your every day life. Paint your jar in whatever colors please you. Then find something to be happy for each day, and write it on a slip of paper to put in your jar. Whenever you're feeling blue, reach into the jar for some positive reinforcement!
Bring a glass bowl, jar, or bottle to paint, or we'll provide them for an extra $5. You should be able to paint one of each if you use small jars, or you can paint one big one. (Small would be a 16 0z pasta jar, for instance, an big might be a large flower vase.)
