Hello! My name is Tabetha Landt.
I am a teaching artist with a passion for expression, creativity, and using art as a way to work through the muck of life. I design my classes to entice people to explore their creativity, play with paint, and give them tools to paint through whatever life throws at them. In my painting classes I demonstrate techniques, answer questions, and give feedback as I walk students step-by-step through the painting. I encourage students to NOT follow my directions if their creative spirit is pulling them in a different direction! I don't believe there is a right or wrong way to paint; I help my students find their unique voice in the paint. |
My personal mission is to inspire and awaken possibilities in others. I do this not only through creating art, but also by helping people get in touch with their creative selves, which helps them live more authentic lives.
I believe that everyone is creative, and the world would be a better place if we all just made more art.
